What should I do when my burner fails?
Safely stop the burner and fuel supply; if you smell gas, ventilate the area, do not switch anything on, and call us. We give first guidance remotely and come to site.
Why does my burner keep going to lockout (reset)?
The most common causes are a dirty/misadjusted nozzle, weak ignition, a fouled photocell, and fuel-pressure or air-setting problems. Root-cause diagnosis is essential for a lasting fix.

How often should flue-gas be measured?
At least once a year; ideally twice, at the start and mid-season. Facilities within the scope of emission regulations must measure periodically.

What matters most in a natural gas conversion?
